2009 Pinot Noir Eola-Amity Temperance Hill
This is a fine-tuned, silky-textured Pinot Noir with just a hint of earthiness in the nose, giving it a distinctly Burgundian quality. It is also redolent of black cherry, raspberry, cedar and spice and framed in subtle toast notes. Stylistically, the wine offers a vivid taste of the renowned pedigree emerging from this premier, cool-climate growing region.

| ABOUT THE VINEYARD: |
| In Oregon’s Willamette Valley, 2009 will be remembered as a year of record-long hang time. In late September, a 3-day heat spike gave the grapes an extra kiss of concentration. Subsequent fair weather continued into the third week of October, leaving growers the time bring their grapes to excellent maturity. |
