About this wine:
This barrel fermented Chardonnay is sourced from the Sparrowhawk vineyards in Mendocino
County’s Anderson and Potter Valleys. The grapes were crushed cool and fermentation was slow but
steady, taking about three weeks. Subsequent stirring of the lees in barrel added complexity, while a
full, secondary, malolactic fermentation added richness on the palate.
