We understand the sensitivity of this information, maintain our files carefully, and do not share this information with other organizations. Customers can be assured that orders placed online with Peter Paul Wines are secure. Information we collect online is protected with encryption software. All of the customer data we collect is stored on a secured server to protect against unauthorized access. We will track visits to our webpages and links on our websites so we can make decisions about the design of our site. We do collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email.
Changes to your Personal Data
In the event you wish to change any of your personal information, please provide us written notification via email at email@example.com or call (877) 472-8534.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the end-user’s hard drive containing information that relates directly to the end-user’s visit to our website. Any information placed in the cookie is accessible ONLY to Peter Paul Wines, and will NOT be sold or shared with anyone else under any circumstances. We use a cookie to store a unique session identifier, which allows us to maintain your shopping cart and personal information. Cookies also allow us to maintain your session information from one visit to the next.
We comply with Federal law in sending offer-driven emails. Those who wish to Opt-Out from receiving email offers will have their address removed within 1-10 days of receipt of their request to Opt-Out or to unsubscribe at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have multiple email addresses you will need to Opt-Out for each address in order to be removed from our active database.

Because of the nature of the company’s business, and its products and services, this site is not intended for use by persons under the age of 21. The company does not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from persons under age 21. Use of this site, or any registration that may be required to purchase wine (alcoholic beverage) may only be made by those persons who are at least 21 years of age. By using this site you are representing that you are at least 21 years of age.
This site is administered by the company from its offices within the United States.
It is the company’s policy to comply with all applicable laws including, but not limited to, state laws with respect to the sale, shipment and delivery of alcoholic beverages. You agree that you will comply with all such applicable laws.
Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 year old. If you place an order including through our “wine club” wine subscription/online store, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. All alcoholic beverage shipment require a signature of someone at least 21 years old upon delivery. Wine is Non-Refundable.
We cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO or IPO Boxes. We can only ship to a residence or business street address.
All packages containing alcohol are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground with Adult Signature Required. An adult over 21 years of age must be present to sign for the package – they CANNOT be left in a specified location without signature. Please keep this in mind when entering delivery address information. UPS/FedEx will attempt delivery 3 times, after which the package will be returned to us at Peter Paul Wines. We will reship the package only after obtaining customer approval and payment of any return and reshipping fees by said customer.
Orders are generally processed & shipped within 2-3 business days after being received. We may occasionally hold orders due to extreme weather conditions in order to ensure quality of the delivered product.
If you wish to cancel an order after placement, please e-mail us or phone toll free at (877) 472-8534 as soon as possible.
Delivery times vary based on location; please allow for 5-10 business days. See zone map below for approximate delivery time to your area once your order has been processed & shipped.
Due to varying state laws and permit requirements, we are currently unable to ship to the following states:
AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, ID, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV
